I luv this. When i see an @charley post, i know i have to be on my toes, or I'll miss something and have to double back and try again, miss it again, triple back, miss it a fourth time, like it anyway, and pretend I'll ever be remotely smart enough to catch on .
Here is one of her Baltimore reports from 2017. Right here on CT. You'd of thunk it? https://www.cointalk.com/threads/ch...ow-report-w-tons-of-pics.294099/#post-2700929
I met her at a coin show in Vegas. See has thee best cents for sale I have ever seen. She also has many varieties too. Prices are high, but she has them all. She is an expert too. I miss her coin show reports, coin pics, amazing food pics that she would eat and all sorts of fine wines too.
If you look closely at her show reports you'll see some coins mixed in between the wine and food....I (love) really do enjoy her show reports.....
I love…rock n roll. Put another dime in the jukebox, baby. P.S. I did know that Charmy was a member here, although I didn’t remember her official user name.
FWIW, I wouldn’t have known whodahell he was talkin’ about, either, if I hadn’t spent 20 years hanging around on the PCGS forums. Never did biz with nor met either lady, though I’ve chatted a teensy bit with Charmy The Penny Lady over there.
Yes, she does a good writeup. I like her cat (named Penny, of course). We’ve now had two cats named Penny ourselves.
Charmy has built the trust of many cent collectors. She makes most of the major shows. At the Fun Show each January she is at the fly-inclub meeting every year with some really cool stuff to share. A really cool lady to deal with.
as yes the penny lady love her posts over at collectors universe very smart lady and seems to enjoy being both a collector and a dealer
