Enthused by the help I received from my last inquiry, I wonder if someone may be able to point me in the right direction with this coin, please?
(I hope that I have the orientation right?)
    Is it familiar to anyone?

It is (approx) AE 10mm., and weighs 1.10gm.

Is it possible to send a larger photo? It looks like something from Asia Minor ca. 3rd-2nd century B.C. Is that Apollo on the obverse?

Unfortunately, when the photo is enlarged the subject/entity becomes less clear.

    TIF Always learning.

The inadequate image size and poor focus make it difficult to assess.

The portrait looks Seleukid and the general features of the reverse (someone standing; traces of vertically-oriented legends) fit with that. I'm not a Seleukid expert and don't know how many of their kings issues this Apollo standing reverse in the tiny size, but from an archive search it seems that Antiochos III did.

Here are a few examples from Vcoins:

TIF is correct on the type. You can only narrow down by size, so it must either be Seleucus II from Seleucia on the Tigris SC 784 or Antiochus III from Antioch SC 1055, 1058, or 1059. Due to how common Antiochus III for these types are, that's where I would put my money.
