It really boils down to what you want to do with that set. Do you want it as a prime example of the year (2009) in question? Or are you going to cut it up and take out certain issues and place them in albums. I typically order three or four of the year (mint) sets. If this happened to me (which it hasn't in all the years that I've ordered these particular issues) I would use this particular set for "album fodder"....:smile However, I understand that there are collectors out there who can only afford to purchase one set, and that being the case, a scenario such as you describe is totally unacceptable....
