Picked up another album toned Jefferson, this time from another seller. This one is a PCGS 1949 D, MS 66, that looks like Dansco toning. It has the golden toning, plus plenty of pastel rainbow Blue and Violet clouds. I really like the color. TrueView is very accurate in terms of the coin’s look.

Looks like burnt orange and gunmetal blue from those photos, I love that color scheme.

There is definitely Burnt Orange and grayish Blue in the fields. In hand, one can see a Violetish Blue.

I like it. I only have a handful of Jefferson Nickels but can see myself getting more. My favorite is a 1964 proof I have that’s probably not worth anything but the rich honey color makes me drool.

1964 is a pretty available date for proofs that are toned, due to the cellophane. But you can find really vivid toning with that date.

Nice! I agree with it likely being an album toner.
