Seems like i post more questions about pointless coins then valuable ones. So heres another! Not sure how good the color is shown on the pictures, but the coin is a dark yellowish color(1999 P), but it doesnt look intentional. Thoughts? Anyone who replies, well thank for answering my pointless question.

I also have a 99 Georgia State quarter that has the yellow tint it does look intentional it does not look as if something has been spilled on it nor does it look to be an environmental effect. I'm 98% sure it came from the minting of. An error or what Idk. I'm keeping mine, it is just different looking!

How are you 98% sure? What do you know about mint errors? It's most likely environmental toning.
    I'm 99.9999999% sure it is!

Not trying to be rude, but which part of the minting process caused your coin to have a yellow tint?

In order for it to be an error, you have to to explain how it could occur during the minting process. Members who know and understand the minting process provided answers to the original post. Nearly all discoloration on clad coins are due to environmental effects, not the minting process.

Here is a video from the mint that shows the minting process if you're interested in learning more.
