1971-d cud on rev kennedy half dollar and a 2019-d trustees garden dollar with strike through at liberty's neck and throat

 

Is that a rim cud at the bottom of the reverse on your Kennedy half or just damage?

 

i believe a combination of both, mark and looks like struck through rim burr, and on right small cud..
