Here are some more Ssssss and proofs I found recently. My oldest proofs yet. I have also found some Ps and Ds, not pictured, that I just couldn't put back into circulation.....don't know why I do it!
Sew, everyone on the site knows i find a lot of stuff. I don't believe in fate, i haven't seen enough proof, but i do have little moments i call "fate checks" or more accurately, when I've been in my cups, i say "checkfate". We're always playing chess with the grim reaper, so when i have the little "checkfate" moments, it's just the grim reaper reminding me he's waiting, and possibly not too far away. "Checkfate", game over via fate. I posted up a couple 1941 large S nickels I've found in circulation, just yesterday. Now, it's not a large, but i did find a small 1941s this morning. Hello Grim.
Now, the M-B will carry over to this next "checkfate". From the number of entries, and my sheer popularity on the site, everyone knows i ran another amazing contest. The turnout was spectacular! Anyway... i gave away a 1964 quarter. She's been packed up and addressed, just need postage and she's off. Did anyone notice the offer i made @Jersey magic man? Either the 64 or the M-B? See what i found today if he chose the M-B? She'd be replaced the same day she were sent out. Well... look what else i found today! A munged up 1964 no mint mark silver quarter, which is exactly what @Jersey magic man won. Both completely covered the same day. Checkfate. If I'm not back posting Monday, we'll know ol Grimmy caught up with me.
I happen to agree strongly with this statement. The W are like my pride and joy, and the S are like a girlfriend's kids, almost as good.
