The edge is completely fine and undisturbed,my main thought is just a well placed die chip interesting spot for sure.

The die strikes the area within the raised edge.
So not a die chip on the rim.

I also found a collar clash and a rim cud.

It could be a very early pre- rim cud, could be a couple nicks on the edge of the coin also. Hard to say.

which reverse is that one? I haven't come across one that big yet! Cumberland Island maybe?

maybe less zoomed in when you get a chance. Section circled in red, kind of appears like a "splinter of metal peeled back from the rim still attached and struck into the R? is it raised or indented? less zoomed in might help, but maybe not.
