I would ask for proof. Government issued ID, Passport or an actual Birth Certificate!

Even if you are just giving it away I think its still required to post in the buy,sell or trade forums only.

 

Why isn't the Treasury seal and serials printed in green?

 

I believe editing might have caused it to appear black & white.

 

I scanned it in B/W as the condition and serial number/date were the only things I was trying to show.

 

I guess then all of the other "giveaway" posts would be that way too.
