No as remember to worried about the quality of the strike 2 points #1 mint workers could and did drink on the job...not water!
#2 to the mint workers it didn't matter if they were making coins or washers...it was about production
So no quality assurance...bang them out... no matter get it done attitudes.

 

Sounds similar to my place of employment. I'll tell you one thing, it's a good thing gov. employees don't build bridges, including myself.
