Wilhelm II (grandson of Wilhelm I) was a ruler of Germany in 1888-1918. He was a relative of Nicolas II (russian Emperor during 1894-1917). But in 1914 Germany was involved in WW I and in 1918 the Second Reich fell... And Russian Empire fell too..

That "pattern" is somewhat odd in my opinion. Such 5 mark coins were not issued by the Empire but by the single states. So a piece depicting Wilhelm II should also have his title as king of Prussia, which I don't see here. And the side with the "face value", well, that eagle looks too cartoonish to me, but of course YMMV ... Christian
