We’re there any minted this year and if not, why not? Are the ‘W’ mint marked coins a ‘done ‘ issue if none were produced this year? Ty joe
I doubt they will ever make another(W) for dimes, the 1996 will be the lonely king.Yes no W dimes for 2021 so far.
Sorry for my ambiguity in my question… I meant like the cent in 2019 and nickel last year, as in ‘extras’ with the sets the mint put out
Not for circulation! Gorgeous coin. Edit- just got me hot on the trail of this one! I didn't know there was a W dime other than the 1996
none of the Ws are technically "for circulation" except for the W quarters. there is the 2014 Gold Kennedy that's a W and a 2014 RP kennedy also? yeah, they could do a circulation strike W half dollar at some point. cent nickel dime and quarter have been done, well, not the nickel, they killed it before the circulation strike came out in 2020. Dimes have been done though, I never saw anything about them doing W dimes again. the 2015 W dime is a proof finish, the 1996 W is a circulation strike finish. for Circulation strike Ws, 2019W cent, 2019 and 2020 W quarter, and the 1996W Dime. Maybe I'm missing something along the way though. but I think hat's it for circulation strike Ws.
Almost all of the gold coins in the last if not all since ? were minted "W". Right? I may have missed some, but I just took an inventory of my current gold coins and their MM is "W".
