That's fine if you live in NYC or any other high tax area, but around here the tax is around 6%, so 12% really doesn't cut it for decent to good service.

It,s really about basic service, I went to a high end steak house A few months back and was greeted with the worst service ever We were set down and it took 30 minutes just take are order!! I left 2 pennies face down thought that would send a stronger Message:computer:

I work in a grocery store and a lady tipped me with 3 sequential 1976 $2 bills once and 3 2003's one time as well (not same lady). I've also been given a 1977 1 Franc.
