new toned rosie

    here is one of my newer additions to the collection. it is a very nicely toned Roosevelt dime. i did not take the pictures they are from the original auction. i do have the coin in hand and it looks even better in person:thumb:
    the reverse has some nice toning that the picture just doesn't pick up. i hope to have my own pics up soon. enjoy:D

    I like the picture of the obverse - it almost looks 3-D!! Very cool coin - thanks for sharing.

    I don't see how anybody can look at all the beautiful Roosies posted here and not run out and start collecting this fantastic series. That is a very beautiful coin. Enjoy it.

    honestly i dont know the origin of the toning. i know i have gotten a few proof sets from back then that had some toned coins. so thats probably how it got its coloring

    i wanted to get into collecting the rosies but right now money is the issue. between my currency collecting and my jefferson collection so working on the rosie set will have to wait
