With those pix? No opinion from me, harsh or otherwise. Come on, clear, full frame, enlarged, decent lighting. You get the 'picture', right?
No one said yay yet. I'm disappointed. You are all not exercising your right to vote. I am a bit shamed and embarrassed.
#1) you didn't choose an option to have a poll #2) seriously your photos were so bad, the only thing that could be determined is that it is a 50-cent piece. Try taking some photos by stabilizing your camera. Maybe like:
Can OP please tell us what he thinks he has? All that we know is its a very very common Kennedy half dollar.
Wait a minute ! Who died ??? Was I this bad with photo's when I started ? Sure. So, why beat up the guy. He'll be gone soon and you all will still be here, I hope .
You have reminded me of the time in 2005 when I had joined the NGC Collectors Society. I was having trouble posting photos, so I started a thread asking for help. Everyone was telling me that I needed to post my images to a host service like Photobucket. I tried to explain that I hosted my own photos using ACDSee, and everyone didn't seem to be able to grasp my meaning. I was about ready to give up when I received a PM from one of the members who gave me his telephone number so that we could talk privately in an attempt to rectify what I thought was a total impasse with the rest of the members. His name was Lou and he went by the username 3CN. Anyway, Lou spent about 30 minutes telling me what I needed to do before I finally understood how to adapt ACDSee to the Collectors Society protocol. I'll never forget how Lou went out of his way to help me. Sadly, he is no longer with us. Rest in peace, Lou!
