This is the norm. They create a shipping label, mark it as "shipped" but it's really sitting there for a week until it gets on a truck to start moving to you.
These Morgan capsules were a challenge to get open. I would imagine people at NGC and PCGS may get quite "casual" in opening thousands of them. I'm going to submit mine in flips. Less likely they go flying from somebody who's already opened 500 of them that day. Try opening one. They stick bad.
Mine havent shown up yet, but shipped. When they get here they're going to go in with the limited proof set. I'll probably just send them all in the boxes since that's what I've been doing for a few years now.

Got my D today. The S shipped two days after and so hoping for Friday delivery. Some small marks on the rim but overall pretty happy with the coin.
