    Good afternoon all

on my daily trip out and about looking for some coins to add to my collection I came across some nice Canadian coins in a lot of wheat cents I purchased from my local store. I don’t normally keep or collect Canadian but these are nice and a few of them seem to be quite rare. If anyone knows much about these feel free to comment, many thanks in advance

The '25 GV cent is scarce and pricey - I found one doing cent box searches and just about had a pantscrapper moment when I looked up the value in XF

Thanks for the info, I have no idea what grade they are in to be honest I just know they are well circulated but still have their details, I might stop by my LCS one day this week to see what they say. I’m very happy with the finds and will be keeping them as they basically cost me nothing ( they were included in a bunch of wheat cents which cost me $5 )

Love the older designs of Canadian coins. Nice pick up.

Me too, to be honest I’ve always thrown any Canadian coins I find in a jar as I’m not a fan of the designs but when I saw these I really liked them, the large cent is probably my favorite of the bunch

I haven’t looked it up so have no idea, i know the 25 has the lowest mintage of all the Canadian Pennies so that might be why it could be worth more. I will keep it either way but if it’s in good condition and worth the money I will probably get it slabbed to keep it nice
