Let's get some more coin pictures on these Boards!!!

Post a picture of a coin from your favorite series that you like to collect. If you have two series that's fine too, post one now, and post another one later. If you have a favorite date instead of a series you like to collect, go for that then. Have Fun!!!

I'm semi-obsessed with Walking Liberty halves. And I've always felt strangely drawn to the semi-key 1938-D. I have 5 of them now, but this is by far the nicest:

Man this is some deep water, I have no sets. I just like my random collection. I would like to start a book maybe. It's just so involved. Can someone recommend an intermediate collage?

I was very excited to get this in change. I had found a bunch of them in change but nothing like the quality of this one. We would see SLQ's almost everyday. But, they were well worn. Most of my set is worn, but, I do have most of the set.

Oh Wow ! This is a easy one for me . I love large Cents for their diversity that they entail . There are so many Varieties dating 1793 through the mid 1850's !
This is MY Very own 1847 Large Cent that I dug while Metal detecting in the summer of 2001. It was my first but not last "Largie" !

1827-146o.jpg 1827-146r.jpg I surrender. The site obviously doesn't like my 1814 reverse, so I'll change coins.

I started collecting in 1948. Every coin ever put in circulation was a potential find. Here is another one I got in the early 50's from a vegetable vendor pushing a cart down the alley.

It was common to find around 60-70 years ago.

Honestly this is a guess game unless anyone knows what the collector is trying to accomplish to complete their series. I def. don't not like you 1814.
