Just perusing the old bay today and I came across a group of raw UNC CC morgans, common date. 2 of the 3 were very baggish, 1 was decent with some nice toning. And it made me curious do raw unc common CC's even get submitted anymore? Since the difference in price between raw and slabbed is so little, I just dont see how a lot like this one, would make sense to submit to our hosts? What are your thoughts, do you think common date CC's are worth submitting unless gem? https://www.ebay.com/itm/165144243945?hash=item26735d2ee9%3Ag%3A0YYAAOSwS45hc2B3&LH_Auction=1
He was saying the graded and un-graded sell for about the same price. I don't know if this is true or not.
When I hover over them to zoom, the mouths on 2 of them look different to me. I would be cautious. Besides that , they look pretty marked up. Would grade low MS I think. It would be best to find a graded example for the money to buy and grade these.
I know what he said. My point is that if they were to grade better than they look, why weren't they already submitted by someone?
