There philippine centavos without obverse pictures its impossible to tell if there 5 centavos-copper nickel or 10 centavos which has around $1 of silver in them.
The 1938 was minted in Manilla, PI. The "M" mintmark around 7 o'clock is the give away. Also, these are most likely 5 centavos since the edges are not reeded.
Ok now I see the M and now notice the non reeded edges.They do appear to be 5 centavos mabey I should go back to bed if I could.
