Came across this while out of town. Sorry for the quality, I had to use my phone. Maybe I should start traveling with my coin equipment. I believe that this is a lamination error. It's not that noticeable on Lincoln's head but definitely to the right of his head.

By the pictures to me it looked like the flake of metal fell off which then would make it a de-lamination.

Looks like a lamination error. The main thing you first see is the detached area but look above Lincoln’s hairline. That’s an attached lamination. Nice find.
