    Even ugly coins need a good home and who knows, maybe the album will brown up the coin to something nice.

    For me, if I don't want it to tone, it will tone in about 3 weeks. If I want it to tone, it will take about 5 years. Oh well.

    I would guess it would depend on the album, the storage conditions and the cleaning of the coin. So I can't really answer that question.
