    They made 1/4, 1/10, 1/20 and 1 cent that I know of.

They are not coins, but reproductions. These are not authentic money from the CSA, nor are they re-strikes. They are copies.

The fractional cents are fantasy CSA coins, not even copies. However the bottom one does have markers that indicate it may be a Bashlow "restrike",or "CSA second restrike" even though they were made from transfer dies. TPGs will authenicate and slab them as "Tokens". The date and number is incorrect on the 2x2. It would be nice to see the reverse on the bottom cent. Below in the second photo, on the right are my 3 different compositions of a Bashlow restrike. Compare the defacing with the Original poster's photo.

Working backward through this thread. Bashlow had nothing to do with the fractionals. The fractionals are an enigmatic mystery. There is one known "original" of the 1/4 piece believed to have originated in Europe, likely France though England is not to be ignored as the source. Restrikes were made early in the 20th century and are themself quite scarce. Different alloys and different die states of the host die. Several varieties of copies of the restrike exist in greater quantity made from molds taken off the restrike. These were made in the late 1950's or early 1960's for the Confederate centennial.

Those pictured appear to be the latter centennial pieces.

    Fractional cent value

I was wondering if there has been any pricing set to the fantasy coins. Haven't been able to find much more information than what everyone has posted here. Any info would be appreciated.
