I've only got one octagon. A 40th anniversary of the Deutsche Mark .999 Silver medal.
Pictures aren't great. It's pretty large: 41mm and 20.36g.

 

Is this close enough.

 

I have some of these. Turkish occupation of Thessaly, 1898, issued by an army that was already in retreat. This series was the only series of that country. Yes these are not coins, but you wanted something octagonal...
