1950E 50.00 Star Question

Hey all.. Strap searching today.. Got this one.. My Book is so.. SOOOO... OLD.. and out of date..
"Standard Handbook of Modern U.S. Paper Money" 1982 7th ed.

I am still new to all this.. But if I read my book right 1950E Has total # note printed as 3,024,000 but the LOW Official SN in my book is B02847457*
The Bill I have is B02730336*
Anyone have a more up to date Low SN? Am I correct that this is a Low SN?

288,000 is the estimated printed notes.
