My favorite coin dealer called me last night and said he had just purchased a collection and that I might be interested in some of it. We made a deal for $300. I'll pick it up from him next week. What do you think?

Pretty sure the 2020W V75 sells for more than $300 by itself. in PR69....

Right place, right time with ready cash and a really good relationship with this coin dealer.

I feel bad for whoever sold those to that dealer. The V75 is worth significantly more than youre paying for the group, which almost certainly means that dealer paid the seller less for them.

The dealer bought a collection of 40 some slabs, the customer knew what he had and he and the dealer made a deal for the lot. I don't know the circumstance of why customer had to sell but the deal was made to a mutual agreement.

So the dealer is selling this group of coins at a loss? I would hate to see what else happened in the collection given that the V75 alone without the others sells for more than the price you named for the group.

Look at what they add up to per the Cert or CF. Per CF. the 3 of them with grades shown add up to $845. What is the grade on the holder of 2016 need that to complete the calculation. Your data is incomplete. Need to c other side of holder on 2016!

Way to go! Overall looks like he flipped you a good deal. Dealers buy estates then flip them to customers. This is simply how it’s done in the biz unless he is going to keep for retail inventory. Need the addl MV on the 2016.

I doubt this is a an estate auction, though since they are all 2020 dated coins
