    Thanks for your thoughts on broccoli. My wife has set up a dinner with some friends of mine. One of them is way overweight and my wife is making broccoli for him with a cheese sauce, because it is on his diet. I don't know about your cheese sauce, but if you could send me the recipe, my wife might use it because the one she saw on the internet was complicated and expensive. THNX, JWD.

    My wife uses Velveeta Cheese, Butter and Milk. She puts it in the microwave, stirs and heats again and repeats until it’s a thick liquid. You could also use a Hollandaise Sauce mix from McCormick which costs a lot less.

    In not liking foods, I discovered it’s one of several things, the taste, the Consistency, or the appeal. Best whisked and have a nice dinner.

    You’re more than welcome. We also bake chicken in the over, cut up and over rice. When it’s half way cook, we add broccoli to it but it should be cut into small pieces. One a can of mushroom soup. :)
