    Can anyone tell me why the movement of the Star for some years is different ? :confused:

    For Federal Reserve Notes and Federal Reserve Bank Notes the star is used at the end of the serial number. All other notes use the star at the beginning.

    An early SC Ace replacement note with a solid star.
