Quarter planchet

I guess this could be posted in CRH but I haven’t been on Error forum much
My wife does a ministry with the church that gives cash, laundry detergent and softener to folks who don’t have money for laundry. $3.50 in quarters is enough for 2 loads, wash and dry
I’m allowed (?) to go through a few hundred dollars of quarters each month and wrap them
I really never search quarters except for this
Finally a small reward
A quarter planchet, upset, unstruck

@Heavymetal . You wouldn't believe how uneducated some people are when it comes to coins . I use to get people bringing me coins like this several times thinking they were just junk coins.
