If so what would the value be?

Dearborn Above average collector - Is that an Error?

It seems to be following the curve of the coin. Maybe caused by a rolling machine?

Try a light from the side to tell if it is raised! I think it could be a die crack but can't tell for sure!!!

Try one more time please. From the top down to the coin (straight overhead), a single light source coming in from only one side (left or right sides)

I think it's a scratch/groove! On your first picture notice how there is a shadow on the left side of Washington's head. If that was raised you would see the same on the right but the shadow is actually on the left! IMO

Well, it looks like the light source is coming from about K7 and the line is illuminated, so I think that it is a die crack because the anomaly is raised, not incused

Hmm... it seems incuse to me - there is a shadow on the rim side of the anomaly which does not match the shadow on the rim itself which is towards the details.

New test. If you lightly slide the end of a toothpick to the line until it catches, then move it back away again, does it catch going backwards as well? Or only stop in one direction? Don't press hard on the toothpick, no need to add more scratches.

If it's incuse it'll catch the toothpick and be resistant to move left or right, if it's raised, it should block it in only one direction.
