If you mean those lines on either side of the torch, they're probably feeder finger scrapes, which is a very common occurrence on Quarters and Dimes - and they carry no premium, because every coin struck from that particular die will have those FFS - an error, yes - Numismatic Premium - No
I think that's what the OP is taking about if so they look like die scrapes nothing special still just a dime.

Now I'm confused Fred . I was told this is internal die abrasion, around the torch . I know it also has a strike through to . So my question is, are the lines around the torch feeder finger, or die abrasion ?
