    Circulated, solid copper alloy cent with environmental damage.
    Not a plated coin.

    Can't be a plating blister on a 1968. Does look like crud or corrosion though.

    Plating on Cents didn’t start until 1982 so it’s not a plated coin. Looks like a spot of corrosion. But it’s not a D mint mark if that was your thinking.
