I don't have one on hand to compare it to, but I think I can see 4 separate die chips. 1. Left peak of roof. 2. bottom right of roof. 3. top right of top window. 4. 1 board under top window.
Although many here will say there is no premium for this coin, eBay shows sales for them. All under $5. Call them Bidiots or whatever, but there are die chip collectors out there , and these do sell (slowly it seems). Check the eBay sold listings and you will see what comparable are selling for.
Maybe the collectors that are "chasing" the die chips have an extreme dislike for their heirs, and this is a way of getting back at them.
