1964/1971 Presidential Series Brilliant Proof

Without opening the case, trying to give the best photos I can. The Jefferson looks like the reverse was rotated. I know it's hard to tell without coin in hand but I don't want to risk opening it.

Cool at least the dime is silver im not seeing any rotation if it is its so minor it wasn't mentioned.

Your Jefferson doe's look to have a bit of rotation. I believe its still within tolerance, and not a welcome attribute for such a coin. IMO.

 

Slight rotation, not that unusual, and you can't open that case without destroying it.
