    John Skelton Morgan man!

I would hope these are all MS60 or above, since I've been told in another thread that if they aren't, they aren't worth anything above melt.

Yes, all of them are shiny and Fresh.
Should I search for an 66?

Yes, I know...no pics, no existence. But if I could, I'd post my 1970-D...from a mint set somewhere at some point way back before I owned it. Not sure what the oldest U.S. coin is in MS70, but this one might do it, oldest (not, I'm sure) or not...but a 69, without a doubt, even though the two big TPGs don't list any above 67. You'll just have to envision it...as near-perfect as it can be. Sorry for no photo...just no can do.

I can imagine it. To see one would have been great as they seem to be very difficult to come by. I know the run of the mill issues have no real extra value, but there is something about these coins that I just love.

OK, folks...a day late and after claiming "no can do" yesterday with a photo...here it is, for better or worse...my very first coin photo taken (using my wife's smartphone...took me a half-hour to figure it out, set it up, and download it). My 1970-D isn't quite the same as I remembered when I last had it out, but close...seriously, bet it would grade 68 or 69...I said maybe 70 from what I recalled, but likely just shy. The natural lighting doesn't do it justice...no purple mark on rev next to wing, etc...and some hair is in photo shadows, but hey, not too bad for the first. 1970-D Kennedy 50c Obv.jpg 1970-D Kennedy 50c Rev.jpg

Wow! I would get that certified and slabbed. Remarkable. Did you find this coin in the wild?
