Hey everyone. Thursday again . Well I messed up this summer and started smoking again.
However, I quit again and its been 47 days w/o one cigarette !! Last time I quit for 97 days ! Thanks for the support .

First of all, good for you Sal! Wish I would quit again...I have the patches and lozenges to facilitate it but until I actually WANT to, they won't help.
I had quit in 2000 after smoking since I was 15 but ended up starting again in 2007 when I got divorced and I was dating a smoker. Every time he'd pick me up for a date, his truck smelled like cigarettes and had me Jones'n so I started smoking again. Note: I did quit three times during the 25 years...all three pregnancies!

 

Congrats on quitting, again. I quit many many times before it stuck. Hardest thing I've ever quit, and I've quit quite a few things. Still crave though, i won't lie, and it's been quite some time. Hang in there, brother.
No cool errors, yet, but i found this guy yesterday, and he's lovely.

 

Way to go Sal. Stay off of those things. Just not good for ones health.
