Hello everyone, Before I go further into detail, let's start with a little quiz. What do you see on this coin that could possibly make it worth many times what an average walking lib goes for?
?OK what did I miss then,am I seeing numismatic pederolia by your previous responses its obvious im not getting something.
Thats what I did the first digit isn't visible unless there isn't a (one) 98 and what looks like a 1/5 so is it fake/counterfeit instead which was my second thought.
Man, I've been carrying one around as a pocket piece for probably seven or eight years now, and it's going nowhere as far as wear goes. Still shows all the hairlines of the harsh cleaning that let me get it at spot.
Right on the money! Really? In my experience the .999 tends to wear extremely fast. My 2007 eagle that I began carrying in 2019 is a VF30.
I was over-thinking it they are actually kind of look more attractive looking like a 100+ year old coin.
Now, can it be worth "many times" an average walker goes for? Perhaps more, but the WLH is silver also. Different grade of silver for sure. But, many times different with that wear?
