One would think that the more likely scenario would be X number of pennies in a dime roll. Think it can't happen? I have thus far opened not one but two penny rolls that were actually a dime tube nested inside a penny tube, then filled with pennies. If they'll fit a nested dime tube, they'll fit a regular dime tube.

 

I managed to grab about a dozen rolls total of halves, dimes, quarters, and pennies. Nothing except some copper, a 58D cent, and a 1980 Canadian dime.

 

Bought a roll of quarters from my grocery store today and this popped out!
Not in the best shape, but a fun and keeper !

 

Two days ago I hit a 1981-D (NIFC) SBA dollar and an FDR dollar (also NIFC). Yesterday I scored a 1980-S SBA dollar, a JFK dollar (NIFC), and my first roll of brand new WCD quarters. Today I got a 1950 Roosie, some wheaties, a 5-cent casino token, and a 1-cent Euro coin.

And then there was that Swiss coin that's 20 somethings, and I think I got it from a quarter roll. Got that a few days ago.

 

Friday's quarter box was good.

Forgot about this found it about a Week ago I don't look for these just happened to notice it.The crack stars from the mouth and goes all the way to the rim which the picture doesn't show.

 

Good to see your dry spell on quarter boxes has come to a close!

 

Its always a good day when silver comes to town.

 

Needed some money so I sold 2oz of CRH silver for $55 to my favorite LCS pretty fair deal.

 

Was that bullion or collectible value? And what types of coins did you sell? (Asking for a friend - myself.)

My latest box of nickels had some interesting finds. Topping the list was a well traveled 1921 Buffalo. Actually I believe it is an "S" but pictures will be posted in another thread for comments. I scored my first ever proof a 1984-S. The other highlight was a low mintage 2009-P. The early decade count showed a 1939 (P), eight from the 40's, and five from the 50's. Also two from CD and one from MX. Attached is the 84 proof and the 2009 P.

 

1921-S that would be great a key date with only around 1.5 million minted.

 

Got totally skunked today on my penny box purchase. I was blinded by the light with a solid box of 2021.'s Sound familiar furryfrog02?

 

Hate it when that happens i have another bank reserve just for those.

 

Last week's were actually 2020P lol.
Fingers crossed tomorrow's boxes aren't more of the same.

 

Wasn't able to get some today as planned because the vault manager left earlyI did get some register rolls etc whatever they had no luck.

 

Both cent boxes are solid 2020P again.
2 boxes of quarters were meh.
