    Looks like Machine Doubling . I'm no expert though. The only Expert I know is Fred Weinberg . Maybe he will pop in ?

    Didn't see any examples on Variety Vista and Wexler's? That's as expert as I get. Hope you get your expert answer soon!!!

    I don't see any splitting at the ends of any of the numerals nor letters....expert on following p98 in the 711s in the bronx, brooklyn and sometimes I catch him at st.mary....

    It would be much easier if you could include a list of experts from whom you're soliciting opinions. I have no way to determine if I'm on the @Teran approved expert list and can offer an opinion or not. I certainly don't want to agitate you by ignoring your request

    I have to agree with @Oldhoopster. If you have a list of "experts" you want to hear from, please PM them personally.
    I get the feeling you are not a coin collector, but someone just wishing to get rich by some fantastic find. Good luck on that.
