    Just so you know, you found a decommissioned coin. These haven't been legal tender for going on some 20 years. Funny where they're ending up. I'll bet if you mixed it in with a handful of change it could pass off as a State Quarter at your McDonald's drive-up window, so give it a value of 25 cents. :)
