Medieval coin from Poland

    I think that this coin is from medieval Poland, but it is all I know about this. Can you help me to ID this coin, and his value?

    Poland, XVI century, silver, 3 grosze, Stefan Batory the king.

    Without a mouth - about 85-90 USA dollars. With that mouth - about 25 USA dollars.

    The English for "дыра" is hole or piercing, not mouth. I agree with the pricing - these issues are pretty common.
