1954S LWC - BIE + ?

Ok, I'm stumped again. Found a BIE on a 1954S but I also noticed something just to the left of the 9 - is that another die chip?

Thoughts are welcome

Now here's the interesting part. What is that to the left of the 9? And inside the 5?

A very nice BiE error. The 9 and the 5 is minor damage.

 

Hmm, it's raised... but I suppose a hit could have sheared off part of the 9 and moved it left. Thanks CN - that was boggling me.

 

That's the 1.

 

Looking closer, I'm thinking it was Lincoln's bow tie.
