The three denominations, $1, $5 and $10, is all they printed with yellow seals. A $20 NA note does not exist.

During WW2 As US forces was chasing Nazi's around Africa Our forces didn't want counterfeit Nazi made U.S. currency flooding the market down there so the U.S. printed these just for use in African campaign.

Yellow seals were not for counterfeit protection. They were made so they could be invalidated if large numbers were captured by the enemy. They were only used in the initial stages of the invasion of North Africa and Italy until sufficient supplies of local currency was obtained in NA and until AMC lire arrived in theater in Italy.
