I don't search rolls often (except looking for silver half dollars) but I did find a major off-center Lincoln in a roll. Don't know how it escaped detection for so long. No pictures though, nor do I intend to post one.
Then why post at all? We'd love to see a picture to share your find with you. I don't understand starting this thread if you don't intend to post a pic.....
+1. You could have just made a post in the cent searchers thread about it, or even the roll searchers thread. Instead, you make your own thread and basically tell us you're too lazy to take a picture of it? Great!
Oh, it is about to get ugly... I suspect that anyone who starts a thread or makes a post in a thread about a special find, and then states emphatically that they aren't going to make a post is plain out lying. This is a waste of all of our time, except mine, who likes to call liars our for what they are!!!
In the other thread I don't see a lot of pictures about their roll finds so according to you they are lying? http://www.cointalk.com/t10176/
^ No... This guy MADE HIS OWN THREAD - we simply post up small notes in the Roll Searching thread, and I'm sure if any of us regulars were asked for photos, we'd provide them.
Nice quarter!! Without pics don't know about the cent!! At least we got to see a picture of something!!! Thanks Cheech9712 Just noticed this thread was started in February 2012. UGH!!!
As is often stated on CT, "without a photo, it doesn't exist". Therefore I post this challenge, I have one, you show me yours and I'll show you mine. What say you? I now see the age of the OP. Not intentionally wishing ill on anyone (who doesn't deserve it). Perhaps he been off to the mint in the sky?
