Definitely not FB i would put it at XF40-45. Note if you planned on getting it certified i would advise not to.

No...not FB...look at the middle and lower bands...no separation at all and the upper bands with no clear separation. Maybe EF grade if submitted...but don't/I wouldn't.
Welcome Katherine! You have probably figured out already that full bands means the details are clear! Still it's a nice keeper! I agree with the others about not having it graded! Would probably cost more than it's worth!!! IMHO
Sorry but not full bands. In the neighborhood of an XF. Not worth the cost of grading but it is a nice looking coin. Please protect it. Welcome to CT.
Not even close. From what I've heard from the specialists, the 1945-P Mercury Dime is very scarce with fully split bands.
To show what "split bands" looks like, here is the reverse of a 1936 Proof Dime. Since this is a Proof it doesn't count, but at least you can see what they look like. I don't collect Mercury Dimes, so I don't have a lot of other pieces to show you. The "bands" that count are the ones in the center of the ax.
