My point is getting a Cameo designation on a 1959 Proof half dollar would increase the value significantly. I am not how you might be treated if you sent the coin in under the economy rates. Getting a Cameo on a coin dicey because the application of it seems inconsistent to me. I did mean to upset you.
It's just from the way the coin was struck. These aren't struck with a high degree of care and accuracy, they're rather rattled off, very, very rapidly.
It’s a form of NAV or no added value Doubling. Very common. It even has damage above the G in the motto.
