I think it's fake. My first clue was the hair. Where the hair is under the E in your pic, it should be under the B, so LIBERTY should shift clockwise quite a bit.
Then, there's lots of space between her ribbon and the stars. If it were real it would be closer.
Then, her hair at the bottom is above the stars. If it were real, the stars would be shifted clockwise and her hair would drop below where the first star is.
On the reverse, all of the lettering is shifted a little too far clockwise.

Hmm, yakpoo showed an example from Heritage Auctions that has a coin with all the points I made looking like yours. I think the Heritage coin is probably a proof, though. I wonder if yours was cast from a proof?

There are only two known die varieties for the 1795 Draped Bust, Small Eagle Dollar. The first has the bust of Ms. Liberty too far to the left and the second one is centered.

If this piece is a fake, which I think it is, it was made from the centered variety. Therefore all of the letters and stars will be in the right place.

I don't like the surfaces on this piece with the pits. That does not look natural to me for a silver coin.​

 

All I can say is don't invest too much into this coin I am pretty sure it's fake. The man at work that tried to sell me one like that said "The more you buy , the cheaper they become." For a 1795 Silver dollar that was a pretty good hint they was fake.
