I got this on a trade with a bunch more different types of coins most American money I would say coins but this big boy was in there.

That is what I'm talking about and yeah before I ever came on this site I read a lot of people threads but I never saw none of yours are they a certain way to do this buy wanting to look at some one thread. That is one pile of silver coins found laying on the ground they look like there are still in pretty good shape the second pile now is that this year so far. That is a 1910 v nickel right it is in great shape it is like the grown has keep them in nice shape if that makes any sense. I love the liberty I bet you like that little find you don't see many of them but All of them are great finds mercury dimes you can't beat that now that is just the silver you find more coins than that.

 

Yeah I am saving up for one of them my self I will probably quit the roll hunting not for good I have to have something to do at night but I will be slowing down but that is something that I been wanting to do for a long time.

 

I don't know if you will tell me or not you might be in a good mood tonight Paddy Man were is some of the places you look at any thing in particular do you find them on a ocean or were old places been house buried or what I'm curious were is your hot spots at. I guess a burning house were some body had old coins the silver would it melt or would I be able to tell that is a coin.

 

Son you are right on the ocean there is nothing like that were I'm from I'm about 15 hours drive to get to the closest ocean. But I have a lot of old house all grew up now i mean there are tress growing up through all of it now there's one place they said the guy keep it in a Mason jar all old coins he had saved so there is no telling what is in this Mason jar I believe I heard a lot of silver dollars old ones but we're his place was they said he kept it some were else i always heard around the hill were there is a big rock or there is something to Mark were he put it at. He post to show a bunch of old people like my grandpa post to have seen it the way I take it it's all silver.

 

Did you find all of them in one day you find that kind of coins on the ocean. There was a old war it was battle on a place called wild cat mountain it is just up the road from were I was born at hek were I was raised at but you do a little research on it it was called wild cat mountain I can't remember what war it was there still packing stuff of that mountain but some people should had some kind of coins on them should have been a lot of coins on that mountain that days off war I think that is were I am going to start it is a Big country it would take me a long time to go over all of it there is a rail road tracks run right through it I ant heard no body bring any money off that hills but people ant going to tell no one I guess I don't blame them how much would a good one would cost me paddy man we're did you go I was wondering what a good one would cost I don't want no junk that would beep on a Pop can I don't want nothing like that I want one when it hits you got something how deep will it pick up pretty deep or what not that deep they would have to pick up pretty good deep wise a man would never find the old coins.

 

I detect mostly in old parks here in New York City. There are many with historical backgrounds. Silver is usually buried deep so it's important to have a good metal detector that detects deep targets. I only detect beaches in the fall. The summer is too hot and packed with people to detect properly.

 

So right now you are doing Parks in New York City that is crazy cool you are a long ways from me if you lived like I have the country all your life were would you think you would start if you was you doing it down in the mountains.

 

I know there is silver around here it's just hitting the right house that fell before I was born or it was falling down when I was a kid. There is something leading me to these old house might not be nothing but they all thought they was going to take it with them when they died just the way the really old people think hek my dad thinks like that I guess he will take his few dollars with him before he give it away to someone he would come back out of his grave if you did not spend it I don't have to worry about the money that goes to the baby boy I get everything that has wheels on it I'm good with that got 4 vehicle there all in good shape he takes care of his vehicle plus it comes with a trailer a brand new 500 4 wheeler brand new probably ant got 10 miles on it comes with a hole business cutting grass anything you need plus his business that I help build as a young man the logging out fit log trucks skitter that pulls the logs out of the woods all that plus I told him I want his old coins there will be no new coins it is all old and a bunch of silver coins and buffalo nickels I don't even know what all he got there is no telling I new he was pulling the silver quarters out years ago he is a money man always have been hek me and my middle brother made him what he has I bet you could not get 20 doallars off him he would die if he had to do such.

 

So what kind of price do you think I'm looking at and give me a good brand to win you answer this that way I would know I won't the best it will pay for it self in no time were I'm going do they pick up Gold cause they might have been a lot of gold at the time of this war.

 

Nice find Bentley, paddyman is right, detecting is fun and profitable. My granddaughter and I are having a hard time keeping up with him but we are hanging in there. Yeah he showed me a little bit but All jokes aside looks like a lot I get one a good one it's off to the races but I think I would have a ball doing it I have a lot of places to go so that want be a problem. Show paddy man what us country boys do it down here I think he is going to like this I feel some old coins coming my way I ant even playin. We get a lot of outsiders come in and vacation down here you can rent 4 wheeler you can go wite water rafting you can put cones in it goes right through the mountains that they had a war on I'm going to do some research and I will tell you what war that was cause I am wondering how far back does it go I've been all over it hiking I love the woods I dig a lot of ginsang out of the woods and make big money. I doubt if anyone of you all even no what I'm talking about if you no hit me up I would like to know there is a reason behind it.
