This coin is a "Toned 1961 Washington Quarter", it is a Proof

I will say that it has 2 colors (well what I think are 2 colors)

Be the one to guess the right colors and it's yours.

Now knowing how proofs tone should help you out here..it is beautiful, I think.

Also you will need to photograph it the best you can to show the coin once received.
