2 additions for the $20 LC set :D :D :D

1st a thank you to @Steven Shaw. It seems your asking about the set broke a string of bad luck (have lost every LC bid I made for over a month)
and the prices for these 2 make me happy
Of the 2 one is an upgrade for the 1831 i got as part of a lot.. it was ok but for 10.50 this one is awesome lol..

then a 2nd auction actualy won and this one the set is quite happy to take home for $11.. This one however is headed straight for the conservation tubs when it arrives.. I think there is a nice(er) coin under all that crud

the 1831 was a nice buy for $10. The 1825?? Not so sure.

As long as you're happy, then you've made an excellent deal. You said the 1831 was an upgrade, and it is a very nice coin, great. I'm assuming that you didn't have an 1825, so, I think you made an excellent buy on it as well. I would rather have that one, then none. If a better one comes along, great. If it doesn't, then you have one that you only have $11 invested in!
